Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
All orders will be shipped from the warehouse nearest to you and carried by DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS. Under normal circumstances, your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days (via UPS). If shipped through USPS or Fedex, it will take approximately 5-7 business days. In special situations (such as extreme weather), there may be delays.

Free Shipping on All Orders
Autel is proud to offer free shipping on all US regional orders. We use the best carriers in the industry to ensure your order arrives on time. During the checkout process, the website will automatically free shipping for orders to the US delivery address, of course, you can also choose a faster shipping method for an additional fee. Shipping methods and charges for orders in other regions will be displayed during the checkout process. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address you choose, item availability and when you place your order.
Order Processing
Orders received before 2pm PST will ship the same business day from one of our US based warehouses. Orders received after 2pm PST will ship the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions
Autel can not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO military addresses in the United States.
Battery Shipping Restrictions
Tools containing batteries are subject to shipping restrictions that limit the number of batteries that can be included in each shipping box. Orders for multiple tools with batteries may be shipped in multiple shipping boxes to comply with carrier shipping restrictions.

Shipping Notification
Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

To track the status of an existing order, please go to our order inquiry page. Enter your order number and the email address you used when placing your order to check the status of your order. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email sent your order was placed.
