Autel wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. We offer a 180-day return policy, which means you have 180 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, please keep in mind that:
- You have 180 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost If the return is not caused by the product quality or our fault.
- Refunds are issued within one business day upon receipt and inspection and will be issued to the original payment method.

How To Return an Item
Please follow these steps to return an item to Autel:
- To return an item to Autel, you can contact us at email@example.com first. And please also include the details of which item(s) you would like to return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Once we have received the return, we will inspect the item within one business day. Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method to the card-issuing bank. You will receive an email when the refund has been issued.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or defective products
We package our shipments so that they arrive to you snug, safe and secure. If you receive a product that arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
