Autel wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, please keep in mind that:
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, you should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
- Refunds are issued within one business day upon receipt and inspection and will be issued to the original payment method.

How To Return an Item
Please follow these steps to return an item to Autel:
- 1. To return an item to Autel, please contact us first at autelstore@hotmail.com. Be sure to include the details of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
We offer different refund options depending on the reason for the return.
- Product Quality Issues or Order Cancellation Delays: If the return is due to a product quality issue or if we are unable to cancel the order in time (please email us within 2 hours of placing the order to request a cancellation), we will provide a prepaid return label. The return will be free of charge for the customer.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item simply because you no longer want it, we will provide you with the return address. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Cancellation During Shipping: If you request to cancel the order after it has been shipped and is already in transit, you will also need to cover the return shipping costs.
- 2. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on the return process based on the reason for your return.
- 3. Once we have received the return, we will inspect the item within one business day. Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method to the card-issuing bank. You will receive an email when the refund has been issued.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
